Chills Pet Pals does not guarantee delivery time, we do our best to insure a fast delivery.  We do offer the ability to track your parcel.

IMPORT DUTIES and TAXES (including VAT)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chills Pet Pals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, you as the customer will be responsible to pay all.
